Located on top of Ventura’s highest mountain, Topa Topa, this 76-acre property offers a variety of glamping options that you will adore. In addition to tent and RV sites, glampers have the option of staying in teepees, a conestoga wagon, safari tents and cabins. There are three teepee options that sleep from four to eight people with a variety of sleeping options from queen beds to bunk beds. The Indian-style teepees do not have electricity, kitchen or private bathrooms.
The conestoga wagon also does not have electricity, kitchen or bathroom, but it does sleep up to six people with two sets of bunk beds and a queen bed. There are two styles of cabins to choose from that sleep four to six people, a deluxe cabin and a camping cabin. The deluxe have full kitchens and bathrooms, while the camping cabins have partial or kitchens. The glamping tent sleeps up to four people and does have some electricity, but does not have a private bathroom or kitchen.
Ventura Ranch KOA Holiday is a great glamping site for families thanks to the plethora of activities. They offer arts and crafts, have a jumbo jumping pillow, a playground, rock climbing tower, gem mining, and pool. For more adventure, you can partake in the BigFoot Nature Walk or test your skills on the Soar Over Ventura Adventure Course, complete with zip lining through the trees. For a more relaxed experience, visit the Labyrinth for some meditation and reflection.

Acton Los Angeles North KOA Holiday is close enough to the city for you to hit up all the local attractions, but far enough away to truly feel like you’ve escaped. Surrounded by mountains and trees, this makes for a great location for family glamping. In addition to tent and RV sites, you have the option of staying in a native-style teepee, a glamping tent or a glamping cabin. There are a couple of teepee options, sleeping from four to six people. All teepees have limited power and do not have private bathrooms or kitchens. The Cabins are a great option if you are bringing a large group, since you can sleep anywhere from four to 11 people. Depending on the style of cabin, deluxe or camping, you have a partial or full kitchens and full baths with either just a shower or shower and tub. The glamping tent sleeps up to six people and has no electricity, bathroom or kitchen.
Acton Los Angeles North KOA Holiday is great for families, because there are plenty of exciting activities, like arts and crafts, movies under the stars, and more. From May through October you can enjoy the refreshing pool. For the adventurers, you can access the famous Pacific Crest Trail. Also, you are not too far away from local Los Angeles attractions to make a day of fun in the city.

Soledad Canyon RV & Camp Resort offers a fun family glamping experience with resort-style amenities. There are several glamping cabins and cottages to choose from that sleep anywhere from four to six guests. All cabins and cottages have central heating and air conditioning, bathrooms, kitchenettes and televisions. Depending on the style you choose, some cabins have fireplaces.
At Soledad Canyon RV Resort, you feel secluded without being too far from Los Angeles attractions. In fact, you are only 15 minutes from major shopping centers. Onsite, you can enjoy a sparkling pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, mini golf, pickleball, a game room, playground, horseshoes and more. You also have access to nearby hiking trails and biking trails. In addition, there are a ton of family activities, arts and crafts, live entertainment, sightseeing tours and children’s programs available.

For those without an RV or tents, Fairplex RV Park offers cute glamping cabins to make your style more comfortable. Fully furnished, the cabins sleep from four to six guests.
Fairplex RV Park does not offer a ton of activities, the perk is more about the location. Located in the middle of both Los Angeles and Orange County you are close to both area’s attractions. However, there is a pool that the kids will enjoy and a convenience store for all your glamping needs.
