About Us
Greetings!
We are the Thurman Family. I started this blog in 2012 with the idea of documenting our family adventures and providing travel advice to other moms based on things we learned along the way. And what an adventure it has been!
Last year we decided to upgrade our blog content by producing our very own family travel videos. Our videos are designed to be lighthearted, fun, and informative – and I think the kids are hilarious so there is a good chance for a laugh or two along the way!
We produce everything ourselves and I think the video equipment and production quality keeps getting better month by month as we get more experience.
Also, nothing about our family travel videos is scripted or planned ahead of time. We typically just arrive in a place and bring our camera to document fun moments, that is, when things aren’t too crazy! For example, you may have noticed that we show virtually no video footage from our meals. The reason is that our meals are just so hectic, the kids (and grandpa) start eating food as soon as it is in front of their faces, and I don’t want to punish anybody by making them watch us eat! Ha.
Anyhow, I hope you enjoy our family travel videos. I hope they provide useful information and inspiration to hit the road with your little munchkins and experience some of the great places we have gotten to see.
Finally if you like what we’re dishing, please support us and subscribe to our YouTube channel and come back to visit us frequently to see what’s new 🙂
As always, if you have any questions about a destination or seek travel advice, don’t hesitate to contact me on social media or by commenting on videos and/or blog posts. I love our supporters and try my absolute best to respond promptly.
Cheers,
Amanda
