Wild Barrel Brewing is actually brewed in San Marcos, but they actually have a tasting room in Temecula. They specialize in Sours, Hazy IPAs and Stouts. Their Vice sours won Gold at the 2020 American Beer Festival.

What’s cool at Refuge Brewery is that the tasting room is right in the middle of the brewery, giving you a first-hand glimpse at the brewing process. Many of their beers are barrel aged in whiskey and wine barrels. Their most popular beer is the Blood Orange Wit and is sold in over a thousand restaurants throughout Southern California.

Temecula Brewing Company is an operating nano brewery, which brews smaller batches. This helps to keep things fresh and new as they are constantly rotating in new selections. They are constantly releasing new brews, like the Westcoast DIPA. People love the atmosphere, cool patio and amazing tacos!

Craft Brewing Company is a family-owned brewery with a family-friendly patio. People love to visit for the awesome local brews, friendly atmosphere and salsa nights! They serve lunch and dinner and are open for weekend brunch. In addition to their staple craft brews, like Fallen Angel and Book of Haze, they have seasonal and creative small batch releases.

Aftershock Brewing Co. pride themselves in having extremely flavorful beers. With so many fun flavors to choose from, like Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, California Black Pear and Peanut Alert, the bartenders at the tasting room will help you put together custom flights to suit your taste.

Ironfire Brewing Company is known for the ales and lagers with names as killer as their bold flavors. For example, The Passion de Deuche is a sour ale that is aged in wine barrels and brewed with passion fruit. The All Oak Everything is a Tequila barrel aged Imperial chocolate stout with three kinds of chili peppers! One of their more popular brews is the Devil Within Double IPA.

Starting out in an eight bay garage in Old Town Temecula, Garage Brewing Co. was established in 2013 and has since expanded into the largest brewery in Temecula. They offer six core year-round craft styles while rotating in seasonal creations. There are always 25 beers on tap.

At Relentless Brewing Company cool down with one of their amazing beer slushies, like their Golden Sour Beer with peaches and a Tajin/Chimoy rim! If you love micheladas, be sure to try Travis Michies. They have an excellent selection of sours, including the Gose Du Jour a German Wheat Sour with Himalayan sea salt and cara cara oranges, which is great for those new to sours.

Stone Church Brewing specializes in Pale Ales, India Pale Ales and Belgian-style Tripels. These sinfully delicious brews have cheeky religious names, like Chastity Blonde, Father, Son & the Holy Kolsch and Covenant IPA, the beer that started it all.

Oscar’s is a popular local brewery and family restaurant. The food is designed to be delicious, yet healthy and made for sharing family-style, like pizzas, big salads, sandwiches, appetizers and more. Moving on to the beer, there are nine of their brews on tap. You can order them as 5oz tasters, 10oz, or 16oz pints. They have some interesting brews like, Ship of Lanterns, a barleywine aged in rum and whiskey barrels for 8 months and the Dragon Queen brewed on International Women’s Day with Pink Boots Society Hop Blend.

Karl Strauss is a restaurant and brewery, with their main brewery located in Pacific Beach, San Diego. They brew over 150 different beers throughout the year. In addition to their staple brews, they have seasonal, small batch, barrel aged and collaboration brews.

Offering a large selection of handcrafted beers, Black Market Brewing is known for their awarding-winning IPA. They brew 10 types of IPA, including a red, a rye, New England-style with different fruit flavors and more. They also produce a selection of sours, seltzers and ciders in fun flavors.
