Wild Barrel Brewing is actually brewed in San Marcos, but they actually have a tasting room in Temecula. They specialize in Sours, Hazy IPAs and Stouts. Their Vice sours won Gold at the 2020 American Beer Festival.
Refuge Brewery

What’s cool at Refuge Brewery is that the tasting room is right in the middle of the brewery, giving you a first-hand glimpse at the brewing process. Many of their beers are barrel aged in whiskey and wine barrels. Their most popular beer is the Blood Orange Wit and is sold in over a thousand restaurants throughout Southern California.

Ironfire Brewing Company is known for the ales and lagers with names as killer as their bold flavors. For example, The Passion de Deuche is a sour ale that is aged in wine barrels and brewed with passion fruit. Starting out in an eight bay garage in Old Town Temecula, Garage Brewing Co. was established in 2013 and has since expanded into the largest brewery in Temecula. They offer six core year-round craft styles while rotating in seasonal creations. There are always 25 beers on tap.

At Relentless Brewing Company cool down with one of their amazing beer slushies, like their Golden Sour Beer with peaches and a Tajin/Chimoy rim! If you love micheladas, be sure to try Travis Michies. They have an excellent selection of sours, including the Gose Du Jour a German Wheat Sour with Himalayan sea salt and cara cara oranges, which is great for those new to sours.

Oscar’s Brewing Company

Oscar’s is a popular local brewery and family restaurant. The food is designed to be delicious, yet healthy and made for sharing family-style, like pizzas, big salads, sandwiches, appetizers and more. Moving on to the beer, there are nine of their brews on tap. You can order them as 5oz tasters, 10oz, or 16oz pints. They have some interesting brews like, Ship of Lanterns, a barleywine aged in rum and whiskey barrels for 8 months and the Dragon Queen brewed on International Women’s Day with Pink Boots Society Hop Blend.
